Bar Alluf received his Bachelor of Art from Yeshiva University, New York, NY. He graduated with a dual degree in Mathematics and Physics. He was granted the Bertha Kressel Research Scholarship which was a unique opportunity to conduct research regarding the Resilience in Power-Law Networks and Electric Grids, this opened the door for collaboration with other scientists using a synthetic network that represents an electric grid to study the effects of cascades due to failure or attacks. Alluf intends to pursue a Ph.D. in physics at The Georgia Institute of Technology. Alluf is fascinated with Wolfram New Kind of Science and assured the Wolfram Summer School will be advantageous for his future carrier as a physicist. In his spare time, you could find Alluf exercising, doing yoga, and play basketball.
